This year we will have a 2 day event, on July 16-17. As a good planner and organizer that you are (with a possible addiction to stationery) you might already be making your shopping list with your “must-have” items – I know I am!!!
But Amazon Prime day is a HUGE event, there are literally thousands and thousands of deals.
As such, it can be quite overwhelming to know exactly which items are worth buying with so many bargains at your fingertips.
While we don’t know for sure exactly what deals Amazon has prepared for us this year there are a few things we can do to start planning. And by analyzing a few current deals combine with Prime Day launch deals from previous years we sure have an idea of what is coming!

Amazon Prime Day is an annual sale event that usually only lasts one or two days.
The first time amazon launched Prime day was in 2015 to celebrate their 20th anniversary!
It was such a success that they have held this event every year since, in the month of July.
Prime day is without a doubt the best time of the year to save BIG on everything you need for your home and life (even more so than Black Friday itself), including of course stationery and bullet journal supplies too!

When is Amazon Prime Day Happening?
It’s been confirmed by Amazon that the event will run through July, starting on the 16th at 12:01am until midnight of the 17th.

How Does Prime Day Work?
Amazon Prime Day is the most shopped day of the year on Amazon and the reason is because there is a ton of bargains! But ONLY FOR PRIME MEMBERS.
During this event Amazon will be introducing a huge amount of sales, but you will be happy to know that there are sales happening also in the days leading to the event. You can start browsing the available deals right now actually!
However, during those 2 days of sale the largest amount of deals will be released in form of exclusive launches, daily deals and lightening deals.
New deals are dropped every 5 minutes so it is worth checking Amazon often during the two days.

Daily Deals are the deals that last the whole Prime Day (or until it sells out).
