How To Draw A Scarf

How to Draw A Scarf
Follow along with our easy Scarf doodle tutorial. Simply follow each step by drawing the part of the doodle in PURPLE.
Instructions
Step 1
Decide where you want your Scarf doodle on the page and start by drawing a uneven rectangle shape. Put it on the angle you would like your scarf to be on.
Step 2
Next, draw the the other half of your scarf. Try to copy the shape and the placement we have done in the tutorial as we will create a 3D effect in the next step.
Step 3
Then draw the the curved line as shown in the image. This will make it look like your scarf drawing is folded over a little, create a more realistic doodle.
Step 4
To create the pattern first start with two lines along the first half of the scarf. These don't need to be perfectly straight.
Step 5
Now add two lines to the other part of the scarf drawing. Make this follow the first lines you drew in the previous step.
Step 6
Then draw four lines across the scarf, as show in the image. This will create a chequered look for your scarf.
Step 7
Follow the pattern through onto the 'fold' of the scarf.
Step 8
Next add the pattern on the remaining part of the scarf.
Step 9
The last step is to have fun and color your Scarf drawing.
