Follow along with our easy Fireplace doodle tutorial. Simply follow each step by drawing the part of the doodle in GOLD.
Instructions
Step 1
Decide where you want your Fireplace doodle on the page and start by drawing a rectangle.
Step 2
Next, draw the two straight lines at both ends of the rectangle.
Step 3
Then draw the bricks of your fireplace drawing on one side. To do this simply draw horizontal lines, as evenly spaced as you can.
Step 4
Repeat for the other side. You can try to line up your bricks or have a more organic pattern. It's up to you.
Step 5
Now add the top and bottom of your fireplace doodle. Do this with two thin lines top and bottom. Note that we have made the top a little longer than the bottom.
Step 6
Then draw two rectangles with rounded edges. These will be the logs in your fireplace.
Step 7
Add a small flames shape on top of the logs.
Step 8
Next add a bigger flame shape around the first flame you created.
Step 9
The last step is to have fun and color your Fireplace drawing. You could have fun adding season decorations on the hearth, or maybe hang some Christmas stockings?
